Drug, gun, gang, and criminal mastermind Roger Mootoo was gunned down overnight at Cara Suites Hotel in St. Margaret's.
Mootoo was among several persons free of the murder of a San Juan businesswoman.
His once close associate Phillip Boodram aka The Boss was shot and killed along with two other persons in Couva by police last year.
