Around 4:20am on 25/4/23 the informant Karishma Kumar, age 27, unemployed of Lp 254 Charlo Vge Penal contacted the Penal Police Station and reported a Triple homicide at the aforementioned address as a result No 18086 Pc Rampersad in company with No 9867 driving vehicle PEC 8404 left station and proceeded to said address where on arrival met said Karishma Kumar who reported that around 4:00am on said 25/4/23 she was home asleep together with her father Anand Kumar, age 43, a labourer of said address, her mother Parbatie Kumar age 38 Unemployed of said address, her sister Karina Kumar age 16 of said address, her aunt kimberly Dean age 25 of said address, her uncle Rolly Hosein age 26 an electrician of said address and her grandmother Linda Bajnath when they were awoken by a loud bang, she then observed 2 men description unknown, on dressed in police tactical wear shouting police, they then asked for all the males to accompany them to the downstairs of the said house after which they heard several loud explosions, she then came outside and observed her father, her brother and uncle lying motionless in a pool of blood.
